Can Ruti Biomedical Research Campus

The Can Ruti Campus brings together several leading biomedical institutions in Catalonia. More than 3,000 professionals work on the campus, located in the national park of Serralada de Marina, just outside Barcelona, and their goal is to provide excellent health care closely aligned with research, innovation, teaching and training.

Can Ruti PhD Committee

We are a group of PhD students working in different research institutions based in the Can Ruti campus in Barcelona, Spain. Currently, the following institutions are represented in our committee :

• Research Institute Germans Trias i Pujol (IGTP)
• Josep Carreras Leukemia Research Institute (IJC)
• AIDS Research Institute (IrsiCaixa)
• Center for Epidemiological Studies on Sexual Transmissions and Aids of Catalonia - CEEISCAT

Our mission

Our mission is to organize and promote activities on the Can Ruti Campus focused on doctoral student learning, knowledge exchange and networking. Currently, we organize the following events :

- Doctoral Day. Annual conference organized to share our work, interact and meet other PhD students on campus

- Doctoral training - a new series of events. Come and participate in our new series of workshops
